The Lancaster Symphony Orchestra has a long history of bringing joy and delight to its local community and beyond. It was important for the orchestra to visually and verbally demonstrate both its continued commitment to connection and a focus on the future.

Godfrey leveraged audience survey findings and internal research to create a comprehensive Brand Building Platform. This platform included key findings, target audience personas, a competitor analysis, website experience suggestions, core messaging and channel recommendations for local and regional audiences. Intended to be a resource for years to come, the Brand Building Platform also helped shape strategies to maintain consistency, drive sponsorships and help foster engagement across multiple communities.

Godfrey provided a new brand look, including a new brand guide and story and logo. Godfrey also reworked social media templates and show programs to reinforce a complete connection between Lancaster Symphony Orchestra’s music and its community.
