Increasing Customer Interaction

Air handlers aren't inherently sexy. But if you're a systems engineer, building owner or operations manager in a mission-critical facility, they’re incredibly important. That's why Johnson Controls employed Godfrey to create a two-sided display for the AHR® Expo that did a whole lot more than just show products. On one side of the display, a series of teaser questions prompted show attendees to stop and ask questions. On the other side of the display, a fully interactive, touch-driven experience provided Johnson Controls team members with the ability to lead potential customers through the full range of benefits their products could provide. The result? A more engaging, more meaningful interaction without the need for full-size, on-site products.
